HR Technology Specialist/Business Systems Analyst – (HR technology/Oracle HCM)

  • Maintain effective communication with project team lead
  • Partner with Learning & Talent Development Systems team
  • Define and create requirements
  • Liaison with ISD and HR Systems
  • Identify, analyze, recommend, and implement process improvement
  • Detect, monitor, mitigate risks and issues and escalate accordingly
  • Act as one of the subject matter experts for the learning experience platform by driving successful development and delivery of new functionality and design in partnership with our key business stakeholders and ISD partners
  • Serves as a role model for high quality customer service
  • Support Learning and/or talent module
  • Develop and implement best practices and methodologies; identifying future requirements with learn leadership team and key stakeholders. Systematically apply project management, analysis, and process principles to ensure efficiency and high-value impact
  • Ensure thorough documentation of SLAs, SOPs, project requirements, conceptual design, and end-to-end processes
  • Provide technical expertise on utilizing Oracle HCM (if available)
  • Experience with HR Systems or Oracle HCM a bonus
  • Partner in leading testing, setup in test environment, setup in production, updates to users, roles, permissions, and query access.
  • UAT testing post fix or updates
  • Outage support and RCA documentation review
