Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI
Years of Experience: 5-7 years utilizing a wide variety of software tools and applications within the greater DeveSecOps community.
Education Level: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Development, or related Degree. Five or more years of additional direct and relevant experience can be substituted for the degree requirement.
Position Description: Our client is a small government contractor doing big things. Our client is presently searching for an Advanced Kubernetes Subject Matter Expert to join our newly forming DevSecOps Team. The ideal candidate help guide and influence the usage of Kubernetes within an Enterprise level DoD platform.
Required Skills:
- Expert knowledge and understanding of Kubernetes.
- Knowledgeable in GitOps and Continuous Deployment in hybrid environments.
- Subject matter expert with custom Kubernetes Operators.
- An ability to review and discern Helm charts.
- Must possess an in-depth understanding of Custom Admission Controllers.
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Istio, and Helm.
- Demonstrable expertise in working with CRDs (Custom Resource Definitions).
- Proven efficiency in the utilization of Custom Controllers.
