Job Description:
Required Skills: 10 years or more experience at the expert level planning, executing and or advising senior executives on enterprise governance. Experience working with federal organizations on governance initiatives (performance management and reporting, delegations of responsibility, strategic planning and implementation, etc.). Strong management analysis, problem solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Excellent understanding of governance frameworks and leading practices. Ability to generate recommendations and implementation strategies to address key governance issues. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
Preferred Skills: Experience in consulting (independently or through a firm). Experience in enterprise risk management, financial management, change management, or organizational transformation.
Day-to-day Responsibilities: Serve as subject matter expert for planning, executing, and/or advising on initiatives and process improvements to facilitate enterprise governance operations as well as effective risk management and decision making.
Expected Deliverables: Slide presentations that detail recommendations and implementation guidance.
Education: Master's Degree (Business, Management, or related field)
