Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills, including extensive print and online writing and editorial experience
  • Experience developing and executing corporate internal communication campaigns
  • Culturally competent and willingness to continuously learn
  • Thorough knowledge of change management principles and practices
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to deal tactfully with all levels of the work force and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment and manage multiple projects concurrently, and meet changing requirements and priorities to accomplish goals
  • Strong ability to research, analyze, and organize concepts
  • Proficiency with graphics, database, word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software
