- Wire frame and prototype development
- Facilitating service design / HCD workshops with end users and stakeholders
- Performing user research and usability testing with FEMA end users
- Developing and analyzing Journey Maps
- Synthesizing qualitative and quantitative information to form impactful insights
- 508 and WCAG Compliance
