Description:
Hybrid at HQ (2-3x/week)
Develops program governance processes- Works with leaders to implement into operations via training and consultation
- Manages succession planning
- Develops and manages documentation templates/toolkits
- Monthly data reporting
- Empowers ERG leadership teams to set and reach their respective ERG goals
- Coordinates vendor management and ERG budget breakdowns
- Manages deliverable tracking support for all ERG activities, as it connects to broader DIB Team
- Manages new ERG member additions to channels
- Supports tool access for ERG leaders/collaborators (e.g. Sharepoint).
