Required:
- Sr. business/requirements analysis
- Ability to create executive-level reports that include data visualization
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
- Comfort with process improvements
- Proven ability to successfully execute deliverables on time in final format
- Sr. Level experience in creating roadmaps and weekly updates
- Experience on high-profile enterprise projects
- Experience using: excel, AzureDevOps, Microsoft PowerBI, Vizio, PPT
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to receive and offer feedback
Preferred:
- Some background in IT, Risk, or Security
- Familiarity with financial institutions and the industry
- Proper BA notation understanding
- Understanding of multiple forms of agile and ability to write user stories/requirements
- Confidence to manage product backlog for audit-ready projects
- Ability to work with a team and on one's own with self direction
- Experience working remotely
- Comfort presenting and working with colleagues and leadership support
- Experience with document control and SharePoint, etc.
