Location: Pensacola, FL-Hybrid-1 day onsite is required

Qualifications – All required unless otherwise noted as desired

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, business, communication, behavioral sciences, training development or related field or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
  • Ability to adapt to fluctuating work-flow
  • Ability to compile, organize and present information clearly and concisely
  • Experience in working and participating in cross-functional, multi-dimensional teams and projects
  • Significant experience in evaluating the effectiveness of courses and learning products and delivery methods
  • Significant experience in researching/writing course content and/or developing courses, demonstrations, graphic designs and other technology driven products
  • Advanced knowledge of instructional design to develop courses for products, processes and/or skills
  • Advanced knowledge of instructional theories, educational psychology, educational theory, tools and resources
  • Advanced organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Advanced research, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Advanced skill capturing and translating processes and requirements into easily understood terms
  • Advanced skill in assessing departmental/branch training needs and researching topics for course development
