HR Technology PM Requirements

  • Leading, monitoring and maintaining progress of project plans to ensure delivery of the key stages and goals within the agreed constraints of time, cost and quality
  • Assisting in creating slide decks/presentations
  • Partner with comms, change, internal team, HR systems and to understand alignment
  • Assist in keep plan on track and monitoring tasks and progress
  • Reporting on progress, escalating issues in a timely manner
  • Continually flagging potential risks and issues and managing a log and contingency
  • Previous experience with Oracle, HR systems, technology implementations is key
  • Other duties and/or projects as deemed necessary
