The person will be doing work very similar to that of the ESC Reps. The primary functions include taking phone calls, Verification of Employment, responding to General HR cases, and processing Personnel actions.

  • Using automated reports and or dashboards; interpret data; enter; and review work.
  • Systems to be used include: ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, Outlook, and HR Portal
  • Attention to detail, accurate, thorough, and analytical.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills. Partners with HR team members to coordinate on tasks.
  • The hours for the position are 8-4:30 CST, Monday-Friday.
  • Hybrid schedule requires to come in a minimum of 1 time per week and always welcome to come in more times per week.
