Details:

  • Must be in the National Capital Region and willing to go on-site 2-3 days a week or as needed in Fairfax, VA
  • Master's Degree or 12 years of work experience
  • TS/SCI Clearance
  • Fundamental business process design and improvement experience
  • Flexible and agile practitioner that can pivot on changing priorities/tasks (General core consulting skills)
  • Good writer and strong presenting skills
  • MS Office, Teams, Visio, Adobe Pro
  • SharePoint and Knowledge Management savvy
  • Adobe (develop PDF forms)
  • Requirements Management experience within the DoD, IC, or Acquisitions space
  • DoD IT infrastructure and processes, cybersecurity, requirements, and/or acquisitions familiarity
  • Familiarity with PPBE, POMs, and Issues Paper
  • Familiarity with JADC2 background or Familiarity
  • IT Project and Portfolio Management familiarity
  • Adobe Pro Java Scripting

  • Process maps, white papers, PowerPoint Presentations, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) updates, requirements analysis, and other ad hoc products.
